Having experienced chronic debilitating pain for the past two years, I have tried copious therapists from various fields of expertise. I recently experienced an acute episode- a muscle spasm that left me pinned to the floor, unable to stand for two weeks. I was sent away from hospital and my pain management specialist with more pain killers and the advice to learn to cope better with pain. Sheryl got me standing straight!
